Dr. Mitra Macmillan welcomes you to 360 Dental office. As a USC alumni, Dr. Macmillan has over 20 years of experience in both general dentistry as well as specialty in Prosthodontics. This specialty focuses on extensive and complicated dental treatment.

Dr. Macmillan has also received additional training and is licenses to perform procedures such as 6 Month Braces, Dental implants, IMTEC denture implants. She has extensive experience in all disciplines of Dentistry and is here to offer you, your family and friends a Comprehensive Dental Treatment.

As a partner in DIOnavi digital implant system, Dr. Macmillan can transform a denture case into a fully functional stable implant restoration all complete in same day appointment. This innovative, efficient, and non invasive implant system is the cutting edge in dentistry to help denture patients regain chewing function, smile, and confidence back again.

Behind the scene, s a result of her passion for Dentistry and love for children, Dr. Macmillan and her husband are devoted to community service. She has offered free dental service over the years to underprivileged children and adults locally and as far as Mexico and Honduras. Currently, Dr. Macmillan is also a member of the Flying Samaritans and Team Rubicon, rendering outreach free of charge dental services.

Dr. Negin Dehdar Nasab is the associate dentist at 360 Dental Services. As a Dentist and a lifelong learner, she shares her bio:

I'm Dr. Negin Dehdar Nasab, and I'm thrilled to share a bit about myself with you. My journey has been one of curiosity, dedication, and relentless pursuit of excellence in dentistry.

Originally from Iran, I made the bold decision to move to the United States in 2006 to pursue my dreams. My academic journey began with a master's degree in biochemistry, where I delved into the intricacies of science and research. While I enjoyed my work, I always felt a pull towards dentistry--a field where I could directly impact people's lives and well-being.

After years of hard work and determination, I finally realized my dream of becoming a dentist, graduating from Western University of Health Sciences in 2019. Since then, I've had the privilege of serving the wonderful community of Orange County, Southern California, with pride and dedication.

Outside of dentistry, I'm passionate about understanding human behavior and fostering connections through empathy and compassion.  I enjoy exploring psychology and mindfulness, as well as spending quality time with my family.  Cooking I'm my kitchen is a therapeutic activity that nourishes my soul, while dancing brings me joy and inner peace.  My greatest happiness comes from being with my husband, my rock and steadfast supporter for the past 21 years, who has been by my side through every triumph and challenge, enriching my life in countless ways, and our 11-year-old son, who fills my life with love and hope. Their love and support fuel my passion for dentistry and inspire me to be the best version of myself every day.

My carrier and most importantly my patients are the heart of everything I do.  I strive to treat each individual as if they were a member of my own family, providing personalized care and ensuring they feel valued and heard.  I'm committed to continuing my education and staying up to date with the latest advancements in dentistry to offer the highest standard of care to those I have the privilege of serving.  I'm excited to welcome you to our practice and to embark on this journey together towards optimal oral health and well-being.  Let's connect and work together to achieve your dental goals!
